Flexiroof Thermassist technology uses clever engineering to leverage the physical properties of our construction materials to create a quiet, strong and enduring shelter solution.

• The polycarbonate sheet auto-adjusts with thermal expansion, meaning Flexiroof doesn’t creak or pop with changes in temperature.

• The sheet is clamped along the entire length of the rafters, so it is locked in securely even in the wildest weather.

• Flexiroof’s 800mm rafter spacing and 4.0m spans give you expansive, uncluttered views.

• It's concave profile channels water away from joins and towards the integrated gutter to be managed cleanly and efficiently.

• Flexiroof is windproof, rainproof, and rated for 1.0kPa snow loads.

Materials

The Flexiroof system is built using commercial-grade materials selected for performance in New Zealand conditions. Every shelter is backed by a 10-year material and system warranty.

• Roofing is formed from 3mm polycarbonate sheets—strong, flexible, and UV-stabilised to provide 99% UVA and UVB protection.

• All fixings are marine-grade 316 stainless steel, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance, even in coastal conditions.
